Naming Format

• Date refers to the upload time. Items uploaded on the same date will be appended with a number to indicate their upload order within that day. E.g., 20260519-3 .jpg is the third file uploaded on May 19th, 2026.

• Index is a number referring to the upload order of the item within the entire folder.

• To add a custom text, make sure you've both selected and typed in the box.

Why is my folder not detected?

You are likely choosing a shortcut to a folder shared by others. Please select it from the Shared with me section in the sidebar.

What is runtime limit?

Google limits each function to 30 seconds per click. This allows for approximately 100 files per run, depending on your naming format. [learn more]
