This is a spending tracker website. All data stay in your browser logs and private Google sheets.

Setting up

⚠️Computers are necessary for this setup. Please use a computer.

1. Click the button.

This would make a copy of my designed google sheets (as your database) along with Google Apps Script codes (acts as API that bridges the gap between website and sheet) in your drive and stays private. No one except you has access to your spending records.

2. The copied sheet should open on it own. On the upper row click Extentions > Apps Script.

3. In Apps Script page, find the blue button on the top right. Click Deploy > New deployment.

Select type choose Web app. 

Execute as Me. 

Anyone has access (this is for the website).

4. Click Deploy

5. Copy the Web App URL below.

6. Click or long press the Synced button on the top middle, paste your Web App URL in the box.
